The Great Pyramid of Giza (also known as the Pyramid of Khufu or the Pyramid of Cheops) is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids in the Giza Necropolis bordering what is now El Giza, Egypt.
How did they build the pyramids?This question is still unexplained today. How did ancient man using only stoneage tools build these remarkable landmarks? How did they manage to cut, move & perfectly fit stone blocks weighing up to a 100 ton or even more.
Pyramid positioning a coincidence?In 1877, Author Joseph Seiss discovered that the Pyramid is perfectly aligned with the longest line of latitude and the longest line of longitude, the exact center of all the land mass in the world. Another wierd coincidence is that the sides of the pyramids are aligned exactly with the four points of the compass, a tool not discovered until thousands of years later.
